  Horrible at making sure orders are correct. Stating you have an allergy to egg and kindly asking them not to put it on your sandwich somehow means you get a sweet custard. Also made of egg. Waste more money on meals i cant eat more than anywhere

  24-hour Tim Hortons.
  But the staff does wonders & moves mountains

  Terrible customer service and attitudes. If a customer asks for something pictured on the menu, you should know what the pictures on the menu are and if you don't, then go look! And especially not get upset with the customer for it, let alone give us a hard time when suggesting they educate their staff for a better experience for us AND themselves. I won't be back. I will stick to Starbucks.

  Really bad! Most of the staff was being VERY impolite. This is my second day eating here and this is my WORST Tim Hortons experience EVER! Most of the families coming to this location never got their order correctly! Staff never apologize to their clients and their even being mean in between themselves! I'm don't think I'm ever coming back to Collingwood ever again because of this frustrating experience!
