  We are not able to reply to comments on google reviews. So in response to Jacob's review. I do apologize that you didn't enjoy your very reasonably priced meal. However , you stated to your sever that your 10 or 11 year old child, has never had beef liver before. You ordered it medium well . It was cooked perfectly, and never sent back to the kitchen. I'm not sure how i can give you a free meal for your experimental food choices for your child. Duncans is famous for our soups and Beef Veg is one of the most popular, made fresh everyday. I guess some people do not enjoy fresh thyme. I wish that you would have voiced your concerns with your server as she checked on you several times.

  One out of four meals was good. The beef veggie soup tasted mouldy- I don't think it was, but probably just a weird seasoning. I couldn't eat it. The waitress asked if I didn't like it and then just took it away without any apologies or any offer to make it better. We also sent back the over cooked liver. We were charged for all of it. Expensive and very disappointing lunch. Our waitress didn't seem too concerned about the fact we didn't eat half of the food because we didn't like it. We will be taking a break from here.

  Excellent service and food was delicious. Had eggs benedict and it was prefect way to start the day. Great atmosphere, and beautiful decor.
